Happy Weekend!
Well, it is surprising that we have nearly spent the first two months in 2022 and that is 1/6 of the year. Time flies and that’s why writing a monthly review of my performances is important. XD
Part 1: Emotion and lifestyle
I feel like I have a better control of my mind, which is a key to my inner relaxation and peace.
In Feb, I maintained a relatively good sleep cycle. During weekdays, I could go to bed and fall asleep around 10:30 pm and got up around 6:15 am. This made me energetic every morning. On weekends, I sometimes stayed a little bit late, until 11pm or 12pm, when I needed some extra time to calm down my excitement.
I did not reach my expectations of working out 5 days out of a week and sometimes lowered the intensity. Need to improve.
Part 2 : Work and after-work studies
Work became a little bit challenging this month. This made sense because I have been in the position for a year and I am supposed to know more about our product and should be able to solve a more complex problem. I guess that marks my growth in career and profession. I’ m happy to do that.
Next is about learning Spanish. I tried to translate the Spanish into English, sentence by sentence, with the help of Google Translate. In this way I could clearly know what I have understand and how to use those Spanish phrases properly. I have only done this for 3 consecutive days but I felt super powerful and hopeful.
And about after-work studies, I felt the need to know more about database so I will read books and take online courses if necessary.
Part 3 : Adventures!
I went to Asian Art Museum on President’s Day weekend!
It was amazing to see the masterpieces created by our ancestors. I also visited the Chinatown in San Francisco. I took so many photos and even made a video myself.
Also I finally went to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home. It was 11 am and there were only five people, including me, in that theater.
The interior decorations of that cinema was impressive!
Overall I had a great time in February and I’m looking forward to March!
